   This complaint form and the information you provide are records open to the public under Texas Law.

   Issues unrelated to groundwater, District permits, or impacts from groundwater production will be referred to the appropriate authority. 

   A summary and conclusion of any LPGCD investigation performed will be sent back to you through the email address you provide below.
